When joining CyberPlace, participants agree to provide:

• 10% equity in their startup for the initial 2-year program.
• An additional 5% equity for each optional year of program extension (1 or 2 years).

Office space creates a professional environment that enhances collaboration, reinforces company culture, and provides essential resources. However, in the early stages, it can also consume a significant portion of the budget.

CyberPlace office space includes essential services such as heating, air conditioning, lighting, parking, office cleaning, and furniture (chairs and tables). However, it does not cover PCs, servers, printers, or internet connectivity. All users are required to agree to and comply with the rules governing the use of office and common areas.

The CyberPlace program focuses on providing resources and support rather than direct financial assistance. It does not cover startup expenses such as salaries, machinery, or other operational costs. However, we provide fully equipped office space, expert guidance from experienced professionals, and facilitate valuable networking opportunities by organizing meetings with potential investors and VC firms. Our aim is to empower startups with the tools, knowledge, and connections they need to succeed.
