To partner with CyberPlace, your facility must be suitable for hosting startups. To determine eligibility, the CyberPlace team will conduct an evaluation of your location.

Eligible spaces must meet the following criteria:

• Provide essential services, including electricity, restrooms, climate control, and parking.
• Be easily accessible via public transportation.
• Maintain a regular cleaning schedule to ensure a professional environment.

If your space meets these requirements, it could become an official CyberPlace location, contributing to our mission of fostering innovation and supporting startups.

The process to become a CyberPlace partner includes four steps:

• Visit: Our team will visit your facility to understand its potential and alignment with CyberPlace requirements.
• Evaluation: We assess the space, focusing on infrastructure, services, and suitability for hosting startups.
• Proposal: If the location meets our standards, we present a partnership proposal outlining terms and benefits.
• Contract: Once agreed, we finalize the partnership with a formal contract.

As a CyberPlace partner, you gain participation in the equity of startups hosted at your location:

• 5% equity in each startup for the first two years.
• An additional 2.5% equity for each optional extension year (up to two years).
  This allows you to share in the success of innovative ventures while contributing to their growth

Our team conducts a detailed evaluation, considering factors such as infrastructure, amenities, cleanliness, and accessibility. The goal is to ensure the space provides a professional and supportive environment for startups.
